Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Project Management experience to oversee small to medium scale projects with the potential for growth into larger and more complex initiatives. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project, documentation, project management and timely delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (e.g.: finance, field services, IT) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration.
- Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Working with Senior Director to lead project development from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Take accountability for project results in conjunction with the project sponsor, driving successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements, budget, and timeline, culminating in the completion of a comprehensive project charter.
- Develop a detailed work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each project task, facilitating effective resource allocation and project planning.
- Create and maintain a project schedule to delineate task timelines and dependencies, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Essential Technical Requirements:
- Experience in analytics and systems development.
- Proficiency with SQL and database management.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Proven project management skills, with a solid understanding of project management processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project and Atlassian JIRA, enhancing project planning and execution capabilities.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management principles.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write email, reports, and other written communications that conform to prescribed style and format.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
